The method honey-ghost-trap® has a psychodynamic approach to change and is based on solid academic research that started at INSEAD Business School (where Ann Askenberger wrote her Master's Thesis on the Shadow among top managers). Since then, the research has continued with the help of participation from more than 200 leaders.
But it is also based on the ancient wisdom of how it is to be a human being and inspired by Cal Jung's observations of the Shadow and how the unconscious rules our life. On top of that, Ann Askenberger adds her professional experience in shadows in organisations since 2010.

The individual leadership training is performed online, by a certified Facilitator. As a client you will participate in 2 or 3 sessions (each 60-90 minutes each), with 1-2 weeks in between sessions. After each session you will get documentation from the Facilitator.
We are using a tailor made online coaching tool and all data is confidential and anonymous.
A leadership training for teams is conducted by live workshops.
