The certification process is individual and flexible, where you will learn the honey-ghost-trap® tool and gain a deeper understanding and a clear method map you can use across contexts, both your existing ones and new ones you choose to embark on.
Once certified, you will purchase an annual licence that gives you the freedom to facilitate in your own way. You can use honey-ghost-trap® with or without the app, and you can use the full programme or selected parts. You can also integrate the principles into your own processes, using the language and lens where it adds value.
The licence gives you full access to the resource bank and the right to use honey-ghost-trap® specific content in your work.
The best way to learn honey-ghost-trap® is by using our specially developed digital coaching tool. Once certified, you are welcome to use the tool when coaching your clients, should you choose to do so. (Access to the tool is included in the annual licence fee).
You will get access to a complete, interactive workshop programme you can use as is, or adapt, with a clear start to finish flow, with ready made structure and timing. Also included: facilitator notes, exercises and reflections, modules you can mix and match for your clients' needs.
Individual coaching and leadership development
Use the honey-ghost-trap® app in one-to-one work, online or in person, as a structured coaching journey. It can sit within a longer programme or be used as a clear start or finish.
Team workshops and leadership programmes
Use honey-ghost-trap® as a module in live workshops, blended formats, or team development programmes.
Culture work in organisations. Use honey-ghost-trap® to work with questions on organizational culture.
A real-time tool in meetings and difficult conversations
Use honey-ghost-trap® language, with no slides and no app, to read the room more clearly. It can create enough psychological safety for honesty.
